21 01 00 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF FIRE SUPPRESSION
Coordinate and comply with all applicable general Operation and Maintenance requirements as described in 23 01 00, adapted to all Fire Suppression systems, equipment and controls.
The inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire suppression systems shall comply with FM and NFPA standards.
Provide OPP and the end user (customer) training of all applicable aspects of the fire suppression systems.
To include the operation, inspection, testing, maintenance, and limitations of the systems.
Provide additional training for specialty system such as but not limited to: Dry and pre-action systems, clean agent suppression systems, dry and wet – chem systems, and the associated controls and or control panels
